Chefify

The biggest challenge I faced now that I work exclusively for small clients and startups.

As soon as I started working with Chefify, I realized that they had been scamed by two different "marketing agencies" and were losing tons of money because of it.

Their online communication was completely out of touch with what people want to see and consume on social media these days.

We had to completely redo the brand discovery process, from the mission, vision, and values to the brand's tone of voice and visual identity.

In terms of UX, I came up with a series of recommendations to make it easier for people to navigate the website and buy their digital products.

It's been a huge and detailed project that's still ongoing, but our goal is to provide the best possible user experience.
