As Spotify prepared to launch its streaming platform in Brazil, our team was tasked with conducting social listening to gauge public perception and ensure that the communication strategy effectively introduced this new concept to the Brazilian audience.
Our approach was to closely monitor social media conversations, forums, and online communities to gather insights into how Brazilians were reacting to the arrival of Spotify. We aimed to identify key sentiments, common questions, and potential concerns about the streaming service. This information would then be used to fine-tune Spotify’s messaging and ensure it resonated with the local audience.
Throughout the launch period, our team meticulously tracked and analyzed online discussions related to Spotify. We identified trending topics, captured audience sentiment, and monitored the effectiveness of Spotify’s initial communications. By understanding how Brazilians were interacting with and reacting to the platform, we provided actionable insights that informed the ongoing communication strategy.
