EXCHANGE, RETURN AND REPENTANCE POLICY
Out of respect and to maintain the credibility gained with its consumers, the company created an exchange and return policy in accordance with the Consumer Protection Code, and is concerned that you (the customer) obtain an effective, agile and, above all, negotiation satisfactory.
For physical products:
If you choose to contact us via email or telephone, you will be sent the form to fill out and send along with the item(s). The product returned without this form and/or without communication to SAC will be resent without prior consultation.
When carrying out the return/exchange process, the customer must, on the back of the invoice to be returned/exchange, inform the reason for the return/exchange, the name of the person making the return, CPF and the date of return.

Return due to regret/withdrawal:
If upon receiving the product, you decide to return it due to regret, you must do so within seven calendar days from the date of receipt.
Observing the following conditions: The physical product must not show signs of use. A digital product may not have been downloaded.
The product must preferably be sent in the original packaging, accompanied by an invoice, labels, tags (label with product reference code) duly attached to the product and all its accessories.
When carrying out the return process, the customer must, on the back of the invoice to be returned, inform the reason for the refusal/return, the name of the person making the return, CPF and the date of return.
For digital products:
Since delivery is immediate and files can be copied, Brazilian legislation does not provide for mandatory returns for digital products.
